This Return Policy applies to purchases made through the GODDE888 website (the “Site”). The Site is operated by MAZZONI GROUP LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”).
By placing an order on the Site, you agree to this Return Policy.
1. Return Window
We accept returns requested within fourteen (14) days of the date you receive your order.
Return requests submitted after 14 days may be declined.
2. Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• unused and unworn
• unwashed
• in original condition
• with all original tags attached
• free of odors, stains, makeup marks, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other signs of wear
If an item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, or is missing original tags, it is not eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• items that are worn or washed
• items that are damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care
• items with missing tags
• items returned outside the return window
• any items marked as final sale (if applicable)
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, email us at support@godde888.com with:
• your full name
• your order number
• the item(s) you want to return
• the reason for the return
• clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Return instructions and the return shipping address will be provided after a return request has been approved by our support team.
Do not send returns to any address unless you have received approval and return instructions from us.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages lost or delayed in transit.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
• refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• original shipping fees are not refundable unless required by law
• refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider
7. Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@godde888.com and include:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
We will review and work with you to resolve the issue.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size, color, or item, please place a new order.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help.
Submitting a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in restrictions on future purchases, where permitted by law.
